Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with a product, it may be returned, unopened, for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. 

PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us to obtain an authorization number (RMA) - returns or exchanges withouth this number will not be processed -

Returns 
For faster processing of your return, please follow the steps outlined below: 

1. Contact SpaSpa.com at info@spaspa.com. You will be given a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). 

2. Enclose a note with the original invoice, the reason for the return, and the RMA Number. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s). Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Items must be received in resalable condition for a refund.

4. Please send your return package via UPS or Parcel Post Insured. Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. Keep accurate records of your shipment until you have received your credit or new merchandise. 

5. Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product or at our option we will refund your purchase price. 

6. If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will refund you the shipping costs to return the item to us. However, with the exception of damaged items, shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds and you are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. 

7. Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days. If the original order was purchased via credit card, your refund will be credited to your original credit card account. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued. We do not issue refunds or credits on opened or used merchandise.
