Yoga & Meditation are ways to connect with yourself in a gentle, not judgmental way. Daily practice is best for mental & physical health = wellness. Yoga helps break your own limitations and reach your true self.
Meditation is a wonderful way to become present, connect with your core and ease all life stressors.
My tip: I am fairly new to these practices but I literally miss Yoga after a few days of not practicing it. I personally see that it's beneficial to relieve anxiety or when leaving in the past or the future. Yoga is about now, the present, and that is the biggest gift this practice has given to me.
I am also using Meditation to ease stress before bedtime or when awaken in the middle of the night. "Breathing in, breathing out" is my self talk when I am too wired.
