Bathing is an ancient ritual. It helps relax, connect with your inner self, soothe muscles and send an immediate "I LOVE YOU" message to your body, it's that ahhhhh moment.
Bathing also allows the skin to absorb the minerals and active ingredients of our amazing bath products and essential oils.
My tip: I try to take at least 2 baths every week. Sometimes I need to soothe muscles after a workout but other times I do it just for my soul. I change oils depending on my needs but no matter what I always add Epsom Salts to add Magnesium to my bath, which helps relax everything in you.
